Challenged to blend two strong cultures, the recently merged Virgin Media O2 called WAVE for back-up. At Birmingham’s ICC we delivered a two-day event featuring a partner village and immersive break-out sessions all of which – along with some lively evening celebrations – built a great sense of connection.
