Delivery Policy

As part of our end-to-end event solution, our clients do, from time to time, request us to arrange delivery of invitations, pre-event information packs, tickets, etc direct to their guests/invitees. When such a service is requested all deliveries will be made by recognised international carriers and a signature will always be required and obtain on delivery

Cancellation Policy

Where a fee is charged on behalf of a client for attendance at an event or for tickets or services as part of that event and, where the event is cancelled, we will contact you within seven day and advise you of our client’s policy for obtaining a full refund.
